Do i still pay the monthly payment (car insurance) after a accident?

I got into an accident on 12/ 15. since then i havnt drove my car bc its not fix or its just waiting for it to be junked.

Contact your agent. You MIGHT be able to suspend your policy back dated to when the car was involved in an accident, 12/15/09. Depending upon your Ins. company, they can refund you the amount paid. I know State Farm will do this because I have done this in the past with my classic car.
Not a wreck, but just suspend because I don’t drive my 450 SL Mercedes in the winter.
