DENVER – A dozen people face theft and attempted theft charges for allegedly staging accidents, filing multiple insurance claims for the same accident and using their own repair shops to cause more damage.

I am looking for anyone who has experience with 21st Century Insurance Claims handling?
I want to know how good is 21st Century’s Auto Insurance. It looks like the premium are good but is their claims handling good.
The one and only accident I’ve had was going back about ten years when I was insured with then 20th Century. I had about $3,000 worth of damage to my car. They refered me to one of their body shops and they did an excellent job. The claim was paid promptly. The only negative is that they took about twice as long to fix my car as stated. I have no idea what 21st century is like now. I ahve since switched to Mercury and am extremely happy with them.
